RED WINES
PINOT NOIR 2019
On the nose, there are characterful barrel notes at first, with lots of sweet spices and vanilla. It aerates over time, so the fruity notes of the Pinot come through nicely. With sour and black cherries. Slightly herbal. Moderately long finish, mainly dominated by the barrel. Alcohol is noticeable in quantity but does not stand out. A wine with good proportions.
